BIOASTER is glad to share the last scientific article published in BMC Endocrine Disorders in August 2023 in collaboration with the team of Genetic Analysis (www.genetic-analysis.com). The aim of this study was to explore the gut microbiota and bacteria associated with prediabetes patients, and treatment naive type 2 diabetes patients, compared to healthy subjects. A new demonstration that LUMI-Seq™, the full-length 16S (V1-V9) Illumina sequencing technology developed by BIOASTER is helpful to highlight new gut microbiome biomarkers of medical added value.
