We can develop, build and apply organ-on-chip systems that better mimic the in vivo cellular environment. Our microfluidic expertise and technology are the cornerstone for adapting, developing, validating or implementing single cell technologies that enable rapid, reliable and deep characterization and isolation of cells.

Advanced optical system applied to biology

We can combine robust sample preparation with advanced optical methods in integrated systems. We successfully optimized Raman spectroscopy and Holographic microscopy in prototypes to image and monitor single bacteria changes (morphology, phase, Raman signature) over time.

We have designed our own catalog of bioinformatics methods capable to handle the best the main types of those data. These methods, once fully benchmarked against both simulated and real-world dataset, are pipelined. The resulting ready-to-run workflows offer cost-cut and reduced time-to-results perspectives for a direct application and benefit to your data.

Bioprocessing

Bioproduction quality monitoring is often ensured by measurements of a limited number of standard variables (e.g. oxygen consumption, pH variation, or measurement of certain metabolites). To improve production yield or avoid yield loss, to design online and real-time quality control bioprocesses (for proteins, monoclonal antibodies, as part of an autologous or heterologous cell therapy workflow), we develop your customized technologies for optimized and continuous control.

They are combining in silico approaches based on digital twins allowing the simulation of metabolic processes during bioproduction, with the identification of biomarkers in optimal conditions or stress through the generation of longitudinal multi-omics data.
